Addictive Potato Salad

Try my famous potato salad. It’s so hard to stop eating! This is also a reliable recipe for parties and gatherings.


Addictive Potato Salad

·      4 potatoes
·      1 to 2 sticks of celery (depending on the size add extra)
·      ½ of onion
·      3 to 4 boiled eggs
·      100cc of mayonnaise (preferably Japanese mayo)
·      salt
·      pepper

1.     Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Place the potatoes in a pot. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Add about 1 teaspoon of salt. Let it boil until the potatoes are soft. Once if softens, drain the water and heat up just the potatoes in the same pot until the water evaporates.
2.     Finely chop the celery and onion.
3.     Chop the boiled eggs into ½ an inch cube.

4.     Combine and mix everything in a bowl and add mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Banana Pancakes with Blueberries

Arrange your pancakes by adding bananas and blueberries.
I introduced 4 types of pancakes in the past.
Make your very own fruity pancakes using any of these recipes above!


Banana Pancake with Blueberries

·      Ingredients for the batter from any of the pancake recipes below.
·      Thinly sliced bananas
·      Blueberries
·      Butter (for cooking)
·      Butter, whipped cream, maple syrup, or anything else you like on your pancake

1.     Make the pancake batter by following the instructions on the pancake recipe you chose.
2.     Use a ladle to pour a serving of the pancake mix into the buttered pan. Keep the heat low to medium.
3.     Add bananas.


4.     Add blueberries.


5.      When bubbles start to appear on surface, flip it over and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
6.     You could keep the pancakes in the oven at around 180 °F to keep them warm while the rest is still cooking. Don't leave them in the oven for too long or else they will dry up!

7.     Serve with butter, whipped cream, and/or maple syrup.

England Style Sautéed Tomatoes

Here is another very simple side dish for your breakfast in addition to the England Style Sautéed Mushrooms.



England Style Sautéed Tomatoes

·      grape tomatoes
·      salt
·      pepper
·      oil

1.     Cut the tomatoes in half.

2.     Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook until the tomatoes skin begins to wrinkle. Season with salt and pepper.

England Style Sautéed Mushrooms

A very simple side dish for your breakfast will be this England style mushroom sauté.




England Style Sautéed Mushrooms

·      mushrooms
·      salt
·      pepper
·      butter or olive oil

1.     Cut the mushrooms in half. Or cut into 4 if its big.
2.     Heat butter or olive oil in a pan. Cook until the mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Tips:
︎Clean the surface of mushrooms with a wet kitchen towel instead of washing them.
︎Season with salt after the mushrooms are already cooked. This will prevent your mushrooms becoming watery.
