England Style Sautéed Mushrooms
· butter or olive oil
1. Cut the mushrooms in half. Or cut into 4 if its big.
2. Heat butter or olive oil in a pan. Cook until the mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
︎Clean the surface of mushrooms with a wet kitchen towel instead of washing them.
︎Season with salt after the mushrooms are already cooked. This will prevent your mushrooms becoming watery.
