Easy Rice Pilaf
with Shrimp

Some Shrimp or seafood mix, defrost and wipe off
water for frozen shrimp or seafood
·
4 small bowls of rice
·
3 to 4 eggs
·
3 to 5 scallions
·
2 to 3 tablespoons of butter
·
some salt and pepper
·
some garlic salt
·
some dry parsley

Stir the eggs and rice until the rice becomes
less sticky. Put the shrimp back in the pan and add scallions. Continue to stir
everything together.
