Easy Rice Pilaf with Shrimp

This rice pilaf recipe will come in handy if you want something fast and easy for lunch!



Easy Rice Pilaf with Shrimp

·      Some Shrimp or seafood mix, defrost and wipe off water for frozen shrimp or seafood
·      4 small bowls of rice
·      3 to 4 eggs
·      3 to 5 scallions
·      2 to 3 tablespoons of butter
·      some salt and pepper
·      some garlic salt
·      some dry parsley

1.     Heat up butter on a frying pan.



2.     Wipe off water from the shrimp/seafood and stir-fry them in the pan.



3.     Once the shrimp/seafood are cooked, place them aside on a plate.



4.     Beat the eggs and pour it on the frying pan. Scramble the eggs.



5.     When the eggs are half cooked, add rice in the pan.



6.     Stir the eggs and rice until the rice becomes less sticky. Put the shrimp back in the pan and add scallions. Continue to stir everything together.



7.     Add a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic salt.




8.     Sprinkle some dry parsley and serve.
