A collaboration lesson of food art with an expert on heart disease which is one of the lifestyle related diseases. In class we discussed how healthy diet can prevent such disease.
1st class menu:
Mediterranean cuisine using olive oil, vegetables, tomatoes, nuts, salmon, and red wine.
2nd class menu:
Japanese meal using variety of beans which contains functional ingredients such as dietary fiber, saponins, and isoflavones.
