Cream Cheese Danish

½ box (110g) of cream cheese, room temperature

3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
·
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
·
1 sheet of pie sheet, defrosted
·
1 egg, separate the egg yolk and egg white
·
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
5.
Brush the egg white on 4 sides of the pie sheet
and fold each side so that the pie sheet covers part of the filling.
6.
Place a cooking sheet on a pan. Place danish on
top and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
